Squire employs a specialized transcription process, ensuring no recordings and patient information are stored. HIPAA Compliant

Squire’s ambient AI platform is 100% HIPAA compliant and all our employees are HIPAA certified. Squire maintains Business Associate Agreements with Anthropic, OpenAI, and others to ensure that HIPAA compliance is maintained at all phases.

End-to-End Encryption

All data captured and processed by Squire is encrypted using end-to-end AES-256 technology.

De-Identified Patient Data

Encrypted data is stripped of all personally identifiable information, ensuring patient information cannot be associated with an individual. Data in the notes produced by Squire have the same standard, ensuring that all information is De-Identified. Data is handled and stored with stringent protocols, utilizing de-identification tools for anonymity in business improvement and analysis.

Secure Authentication

Squire includes an additional layer of security to ensure any user accessing our platform is authorized to do so. Strong access permission settings prevent patient data from being shared too broadly – on your side and ours.
